Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the transportation services provided by CB DRIVER. They apply to any booking made by a customer for passenger transport services by taxi, whether for private or professional purposes.

By booking a service with CB DRIVER, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Booking

Bookings may be made through the website, by telephone, or via any other communication channel approved by CB DRIVER.

A booking is considered confirmed only after validation by CB DRIVER.

Article 3 – Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. CB DRIVER reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Payment must be made according to the terms agreed at the time of booking. Any service must be paid before or at the time of execution of the service.

Article 4 – Cancellation

Any cancellation or modification of a booking must be communicated as soon as possible. Specific cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Article 5 – Liability

CB DRIVER undertakes to perform the service with due care and professionalism. However, CB DRIVER cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (traffic conditions, weather, force majeure, etc.).

Article 6 – Complaints

Any complaint relating to a service must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after the service has been performed.

Article 7 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
